Chambers Areas of Practice.

Chambers provides a specialist service covering intellectual property advice and representation and commercial law.

The primary areas include Patents, Copyright, Trademarks, Designs (Registered and Unregistered), Computer Software and technology including Blockchain, NFT's and related metaverse worlds. Additionally chambers covers competition law and EU law in IP related matters, trading standards involving IP matters and commercial law.

Members of chambers, as Accredited and Certified Arbitrators and Mediators, also provide arbitration and mediation services both advising on matters and acting in a judicial capacity.
